To create this movie, a three-dimensional projection with a small color-coded sphere placed at the x,y,z coordinate for each cell sample was prepared, using the coordinates calculated by multi-dimensional scaling analysis of the relatedness of the samples' expression pattern. This projection was then filmed rotating in in space using Strata StudioPro software.
