Multiple Sequence Alignments

Non-redundant sequence sets from each histone class were aligned by MUSCLE and CLUSTAL W. Alignments are available as PDF or TEXT documents for downloading or online viewing, respectively. The TEXT versions are available in CLUSTAL format and can be explored using your browser's navigation bars. The PDF versions are multi-page documents. The coloring scheme used is as follows:
